1. Are you facing any storms—external or internal—in your life right now?

2. How is Jesus inviting you to trust Him in the middle of the chaos?

3. Reflect on His authority over every storm and His power to bring peace.

4. Ask Him to calm the storms in your heart and remind you of His nearness.

"Jesus, even the wind and waves obey You.
Speak peace over the storms in my life today.
Calm my anxious heart and help me to trust You completely.
You are with me—I will not be afraid.
In Jesus’ mighty name"
